Cannon Properties is a family-owned property management company originally founded in 1983. We handle a variety of real estate services including development, acquisitions, buyer representation, and consulting, in the Richmond, Charlottesville, Culpeper, Front Royal, and Kenridge areas of Virginia.
Cannon Properties strives to develop high-quality affordable communities of lasting value. It manages only real estate and small businesses in which it either owns or is the general partner in a real estate syndicate.
As a company with experience in multiple areas of real estate, we assist with the search for a rental home, apartment or commercial property. We take the time to listen to your goals, evaluate your budget and consider your needs before we recommend any rental space.
At Cannon Properties, we understand the importance of communication and effective strategies. That is why our team discusses your concerns and goals before we provide the information and details you need to find the right rental or the right residents.
